Are you confident you know how to get your business, finances or teams where you want them?

Many people think because they know where they want to go, they can create a great plan to get there. Is that really the case? One of the things that we do as coaches and consultants is help people clearly define their dreams, vision, core values and business plans but many of our clients overlook a key essential in getting where they want to go.

I feel the best way to illustrate this is to think of life as a journey your on. If you had a GPS where you could just input your destination (That ideal place of success in life. Job, Income, Family etc) how would the GPS know how much time it should take to get there and what route to send you? It needs one more piece of information. Your current location.

How important is it to be radically dialed in to where you are presently? EXTREMELY IMPORTANT Knowing your current location provides context to several key factors of developing a good solid plan to reach your

dreams. What is your risk tolerance? Do you have time to rebound? What is your Freedom number? What level of time and income do you need to live life? All of these things are brought into the scope of discussion as we help our clients truly assess where they are now and what the best course of action will be to get them where they want to go.
